Karen’s background of twenty years is in transformational facilitation. Her gift is in creating sacred containers that catalyse profound transformation. She is a self-mastery and meditation teacher, ceremony holder, advanced energy healer, author and filmmaker.
Karen is also the Originator of The New Earth School, a new educational platform currently being built, featuring high quality filmed masterclasses from experts, with live facilitated programs, helping people reskill and transition towards their ‘new earth pathway.’

I am a qualified psychologist and counsellor specialising in addiction and trauma. Originally from England, I have travelled extensively recently settling in the beautiful Algarve where I continue my own path of growth and personal development while guiding others on their journey to wholeness.
I have worked in many residential rehabilitation centres for addiction and behavioural issues in England and Thailand, spending much of the latter few years as part of a mindfulness-based community in northern Thailand. My coaching methods are based on the principles of humanistic psychology - a holistic approach focusing on the whole person, respecting the uniqueness of each individual and the importance of growth and self-actualisation.
With acceptance, love and compassion, I guide and encourage others to access their innate healing powers, to lift self limiting blocks, and to pursue a rich and meaningful life.

During my past years in Bali, my spiritual journey began on a transformative path as a step into Bali land also called the “ Island of Gods” where I had to know myself more through practices and self-development, the inner work and transformation showed me gifts and power that I do hold as a spiritual being.
